breakfast: 4slices of bread with omelete and tea...

snack: 2bananas

lunch: redbean curry with 1 chapati and green salad

snack will be: digestive biscuits or yougurt with fruit

dinner: grilled chicken with salad

my baby is allergic to milk so no milk for me.....i will try "ensure" though...

I need to lose weight

Im 26 and weigh 73kg. Im 6months post partum!

In pak at the moment and really dont know how to lose it! I want to go down to 60kg

breakfast: paratha n tea
snack: apple and banana
lunch: i made daal chawal for hubby but i took daal with roti n salad
teatime: tea only
dinner: kofta curry with 1roti

sorry i have been away...
going good si far...

completely eliminated rice and roti.. purchased some brown rice
not getting time to excercise :(

i need to loose 5 kgs

today's routine

BF: early morning. milk shake ( banana,strawberry,1tbsp yogurt,oats and flakes seeds crushed) at 10 2 slices of brown bread with tea...lunch: a cup of red beans cooked in less oil onion and tomatoes and in btw around 12 had one apple

i had the same lunch yesterday as well

i took roti with omelete in breakfast
banana for snack
again 1roti with grilled chicken n salad
a cup of yogurt in evening
will eat baingun with rotii for dinner

8glasses water and 1.5hr walk

^automne.....i'm not slim :( my height is short so 50kg is an ideal weight for me....
its just that i want to lose some inches(belly and thighs)....
any tips???after delivery my tummy has become horrible!

oh i do feel hungry n eat fruitsalad or dryfruit other than the diet routine :)

how do you manage to live without roti?
i cant....
i eat wholewheat roti though....and brown bread
n no rice at all

u r bfeeding as well u dont need to stop roti...
yesterday:i woke so late i just had an apple and 2 dates afetr an hour i had 1plate of brown rice ki khichri with yogurt..

evening snack: 1 cup chai with 3 digestive biscuits

dinner:1 bowl of bhunney chaney "bengal gram" and 1 anaar and green tea later

I will be joinibg u girls tomorrow i so badly need motovation!

I need to lose atleast 10kg but finding it so hard am in pak at the moment! Inshallah will start tomorrow and will let u know of my meals

So day 1 started for me

I weigh 11stone 8pounds this morning

B- lemon and honey in warm water (got a cold)
1 slice of toast with margerine with 1 fried egg

BF : milk shake early morning. 2 slices of brown bread at 10am with chai and 1 date

lunch: peas curry with brown rice and a cup of green tea
snack: 2dates

Lunch- 1 and half roti with chicken and tinde aloo sabzi and a glass of coke

And 1 jalebi(very naughty)
