hi girls …i am EXtremely sorry that i have been away from this thread … i had alot of work from past few days then my monthlies showd up i am gonna take it SERIOUSLY as i have put on few pounds
from 10 March to 9 april one month has been passed i have not noticed a difference in me …
anyway report back and post ur current weight girls so that i can see who have lost the most…
Since three weeks I'm eating normal (I've been doing the Cambridge diet). Inshallah tommorrow I'm going to start with the Soup diet for 7 days. Who wants to join? You can loose weight between 5-10 kg.
It is realy very hard for me to lose weight. I am an OL and sit aroud the office all day long without casual time to exercise. I back home very late and have my super at 21:00. I don't think I will lose my weight but I really wanna be slim and beatiful. Can anybody give me some advice?

I seem not to be dropping weight but I am eating really healthy most of the time. I have started to eat more more bread, not sure if that is the issue..

but also eating paratha in morning...2chapatis for lunch n 2chapatis dinner....fruits vegeez milk etc

lost 1kg m 56kgs now!! yayyyy
i did 45mins of excerciseyesterday combination of both brisk walk and jog yaayyy
had 3-4 servings of fruits.
for lunch i had tandor ki half roti salan,for dinner:tandoor ki half roti salan.. i’ll gradually cut down the portion size INSHALLAH
