Spiral, we have a small home gym. Yeah it’s harder sometimes with kids around but I workout while both boys are keeping each other company.

Gtg, I switched from 5lbs to 8 while doing the shred when I already had some pain. A couple weeks of doing that and pain got worst. Turns out I had developed a tendinitis in the elbow. I am soooo mad at myself for trying to be a macho man when I already had some pain to begin with. Heavier weights just made it worst. Abs got better but the arm got worst. Ahhhh what you gonna do, win some lose some. :biggthumb:

I used to do shred but now after my baby I feel so old.. lazy.. lacking energy so I don’t bother now :bummer: ..

dont omit roti chawal from ur diet it will do no good....just add a 30min to 1hour workout or a relaxing walk for an hour for toning up ur body....
i lose 2-3inches frm my hips n waist with daily 1hour walk in 2 weeks i hope it works for u too inshaAllah

I have been really bad.. I have gained a kg and now 66.5 kg

I have had a lecture from husband as he has shamed me to realise he weighs a few kg less than me now :(

Hi Girls, had a good day yesterday.. exercised for 1 hour at the gym, and then half hour walk with my lil sis.

Couldn't have dinner, cos my cooking failed ha ha, just had a plain old salad

Don't think i've lost weight or inches, but definately feel less bloated and more energetic

sorry i have been away... i have just started taking green tea for weight loss which was recommended by Dr khurram who comes on ARY zauq ...i'll share the recipe if it works!

So after a Saturday of 2 daawats (lunch and dinner), i behaved well on Sunday.

AB- the green tea is great, i feel much better drinking that than drinking black tea with milk.

Also made a big pot of veg soup (from the kick-start diet) and had that for dinner on Sunday, and lunch today. Will be hitting the gym tonight too, and lots of salad and soup for dinner again.

Where is everyone else?? Getting a bit lonely here

going great!!!!
m eating alot...5-6 times a day but all the healthy stuff
no rice....i dont like rice
taking tea...cant live without it
lots of water...no cold water or cold drinks
no sweets...i dont like to eat too much meetha i would like fruit salad as a meetha or icecream
cooking khana in olive oil 2,3 tblsp
1-2 hr walk everyday
feeling great!

i havn't been able to keep up with my diet or any exercise lately. i started spring cleaning and got sooo busy with that k khanay peenay ka hosh nahi reha plus ate junk too....but the surprising thing is i lost 3 Inches on my waist. from 35" it has went to 32". i can;t believe it. for yrs i have been struggling but never reach even this far. now 2 more inches left. Once i'm 30 i'll be really happy. yipeee
