Can I join in now I am trying to control my diet for couple of days.
I need to loose 20 pounds.
Here is what I ate yesterday
Breakfast:
1 egg, half cup milk, 1 turkey salami
Snack: 1/2 cup trail mix with almonds and cashwes and dried mangos
Lunch:
3 very small fish fillets with salad
Snack:
1 string cheese
Dinner:
2 kobabs with one bowl of salad

was a bit ill so started today:
didnt have brekky cuz i woke up late
coleslaw and a can of tuna with soda crackers for lunch
so far so good! planning on JM tonight along with some running

Did workout for 40 to 45 minutes today and here is what I ate today:)
Breakfast
egg, milk, 1 small kobab
snack:
1/4 cup nuts
Lunch:
stir fry veggies and breaded tuna fillet.

only fruit shake so far today, i am doing a bbq in the afternoon so controlling now so i can eat later. But i made sure i got lean meat and lots of salad.

For dinner we went out but I controlled it and ate only salad and shish kabab.

Thank u AB and akmoti:) Akmoti Im away from parenting forum these days cause im tired of waiting:( the more I read the more anxious i get..I will come back once baby is here..missing all the fellas from parenting forum:)

philosophy.....try drinking 3glasses of lukewarm water in morning on empty stomach and 5 glasses rest of the day....u will lose 5lbs in a week inshaAllah...
my daily diet is same with variation in lunch n dinner salan....i have lost 1kg!

I pigged out at dawat yesterday
And ate some Trimasu and one gulab jamun
And some pasta salad
But I exercised yesterday went with kids to zoo with only healthy fruits as snack and walked around 2 hours.
I ate normal today
Breakfast
2 kobabs, one cup mil, some chanay withour roti:vivo:
Lunch: grilled chicken with 6 tablespoon rice
Snack: Some trail mix of almond and cashews.
No exercise today didn’t get time to go to gym but IA tomorrow.

I have now worked out 7 days in a row.... feels great. Working on toning up.

Sajalina... are you controlling your diet too or just working out? which routine are ou following? I want the same results like yours!!!
I cant control my food intake.. I dont eat much junk but I have to have roti, chawal.. cant do salads etc :(

Roti chawal I have no problem having smaller portions of..... it's the junk food I can't stay away from.
After the baby I have done a combination of Jogging, JM shred, Elliptical, rope skipping etc. Right now due to severe elbow pain can't workout with dumb bells so only doing elliptical followed by sit ups/scissor crunches etc.

I also want to know how do you get time with 3 small kids to workout? Do you go out to workout? If yes, then who takes care of them? If you workout at home... do you have a home gym with elliptical or something?
