today’s breakfast
early morning 1cup of banana milkshake
at 10 2slices or bread with cheese spread and a cup of tea
lunch: halfbowl of chickpea half cup of yogurt and had 4 orea ![]()
dinner:less than half roti with begun ki sabzi and daal

yesterday : ate too much. I forgot all about the challenge
breakfast - half a bowl of cheerios with milk and a banana
lunch - 3 slices of pizza ( ooooops)
snack - handful of almonds and an apple
dinner - a chapati with sabzi
Today :
breakfast -cheerios
lunch - 1/2 of a packet of noodles
dinner - half a chapati with dal
also 1 apple and a hobnob

May be the gap after ur breakfast is too much for ur body. Eat b4 ur body’s sugar level crash down n u r tempted to eat anything that comes ur way. i read that when u crave for junk u actually crave for fat so eat some fatty food such as avacado, nuts, olives, yam etc.

Breakfast - poached egg and spinach
Lunch- watermelon, 2 piece wholemeal bread, cream cheese and salmon
Dinner - daawat...but used a small dessert bowl instead of a proper dinner plate and fruit for dessert
1/2 hour beach walk
Sunday
Breakfast - watermelon, banana shake
lunch - 2 pieces bread, tiny bit of salan
dinner - 1 slice pizza, heaps of salad
Exercise- cleaning the house, top to bottom!

Today
woke up quite late.
Mid Morning:
Orange juice...made of 2 oranges
Veggie omellette... 2 eggs, orange bell pepper n mushrooms
Snack:
Fruit Smoothie....strawberries, blueberries n black grapes
Lunch:
Large salad....tuna, black beans,bell pepper, mushrooms, green legumes, asparagus, broccolli stir fried in peanut oil and topped with, raw raw avacado, spinach leaves , almonds and little apple cider vinegar
Went to a dinner:
Ate very little amount of biryani, haleem and half chicken roll. No soda no dessert.
Came home vey late and got really hungry so....
Late at night:
Three tbsp of cheese maccaroni
handful of blueberries
Chaomile tea

i m planing to have a really good Breakfast and trying to reduce food portion for dinner.
btw i really had less dinner last night ..when i woke up today i was feeling extremely hungry..

I have been ill this weekend so didn’t ldo much , I wasn’t even home (in my rented room for work) so spent the weekend holed up and a bit out of it
I seemed to have gained a bit before the 10th and today was at 65.4kg I think ![]()
Saturday,
Smoothie: Frozen berries, pineapple
Lunch : 1 piece chicken and chips ![]()
Dinner: Nothing
Sunday
Lunch : Stirfry Noodles and 2 eggs mixed in
Dinner: Minced lamb with Pasta sauce and rice
Snacks: Ghattia
Today: Tea (coffee is out)
Minced Lamb again and tonight I will have a Almond and Fruit berry smoothie

breakfast - literally about 5ish spoons of milk with special k ( ran out of milk lol ) and a banana
lunch -chicken kebab pitta and a doughnut
snack - fruit salad and apple
Not planning to eat anything else today
oh yeh plus I walked about 2.6 miles

I ate like a goat over the weekend wid all the bad stuff binging.
Officially starting Today.
Breakfast 1 protein bar , handful almonds, green tea.
Lunch 2 shami kabab and 2 whole wheat slice, 1 green tea.
Snack 2 oranges
Dinner 1 chapatti wid chicken saline
Snack fruit.

Lunch: breadroll with tomato and steamed chicken
dinner: boiled rice and 1 chicken seekh kebab and lots of salad
Had 2 cups chai, and 1 cup peppermint tea. Now that i am able to look back at it, i need more fruit and veg in my diet

Hey AB, a nutritionist told me today to avoid corn and peas during dieting. They are high in sugar (although good sugar) but still.
