psyllium husk every day! Good to start now so that you get a bit of a clean up before the actual challenge, works wonders

Today was banana and pineapple and skimmed milk.. honestly not so great :(

so i’m also changing my goal weight lol
my routine diet…an apple,banana and cereal+oats+milk in breakfast…brunch: 2 peanut butter sandwiches with orange juice…lunch 2small chapatis with whatever meal i have prepared…tea time digestive biscuits with tea…dinner 1 chapati again with salan n salad…
water almost 8glasses per day…
n fruits (peaches,banana or grapes,dryfruits)whenever i feel hungry…
will add 1-2hr walk n exercise…no changes in diet…

^yeah must be breastfeeding...i do lose weight quickly but not so much....and with just 1 to 1.5hrs walk i will achieve my goal weight inshaAllah.....

i want to join in but am lately so unmotivated to exercise.
I'm already following healthy diet so will stick with it and stay around for some motivation for exercise.
My weigh machine is not working so don't know abt current weight and it doesn't matter much coz my target is reduce belly fat n waist line so i'll enter that only.
Current Waste : 35"
Target : 30"
Days on diet : 12

where to buy it? how it looks like? wats the best time to take it n does it keep u regular?

It's also called Ispaghol in urdu. It ooks like a fine saw dust or fine breadcrumb. i use a brand called Metamucil (in Australia), it's orange flavour, mix with water and drink it fast. it does keep you regular and fills you up, as t becomes like a thick jelly insde you. It's basically fibre.
I usually take it in the morning, as you need to have lots of water throughout the day with it. If youdon't drink enough water it'll become too thick and difficult to pass.
