I always lost weight quickly after having a baby but after the third it's been a little harder than before. I just told my toddler the other day... "you are the reason I am fat", he didn't understand what I was saying but decided to laugh anyway. :)
Have had good progress with my current workout though, hopefully I'll be more fit by the end of it.
Inayah, it's great that you are so motivated, that's the most important part. Keep working on it and you'll get good results.
I was stuck at the last 8-10 lbs for a whole year, would lose 2, gain em back etc etc. Then I strated logging calories on my fitness pal about 2 months ago and that was a huge help. Also cut down junk food, started a new workout and since then I have lost 6 lbs. For the last 4 weeks I am not losing weight (scale has showed the same exact number) but I am losing inches.
It's the inches that matter Sajalina, but for some reason we are just obsessed with the scales. That's really good, you have done really well. What kind of routine have you kept to achieve your goal? As in any particular diet? And which workout have you switched to now?
I love myfitnesspal, it's awesome. I mostly log my food and workout on it. But sometimes I forget. I just can't wait to get all this flab off me!!
Finally the scale showed a different number, it's only by half a pound but atleast the numbers changed. I was starting to think my scale was broken or something since it was stuck on the same number for a whole entire month.
Insanity has left me so burnt out that I am actually looking forward to going back to JM workouts.

Been doing Insanity, it's a 2 month program.
Diet wise, have cut down on junk food, been eating a lot of frozen veggies that you just heat up in the microwave, baked fish, baked potatoes, fresh fruits etc etc. I know those veggies don't sound so tempting but when you eat em with other stuff ie fish/chicken, it don't taste bad at all, sometimes I would throw in a boiled egg for the taste (plus you get your protein). I have never even liked boiled eggs before but I have found they enhance the taste when eaten with those other things.
After Shred I did Ripped but I have never done these workouts by themselves. I try to workout for 45 minutes atleast so always add some cardio such as rope skipping/jumping jacks/jogging etc.
Hi guys, just an update, I have lost another 1-1/2 lbs so I'm now 10.10......
On a slow n steady way to weight loss, but as long as I'm getting there that's what matters. I have changed my workout n currently I'm doing JM 'banish fat boost metabolism' DVD. It's AWESOME.

Hi guys I'm so depressed. :( I really really want to lose weight but I just lose interest.
I'm currently 10.10, and want to lose at least a stone.
I have arthritis which is why I find it hard to workout everyday, coz some days my aches n pains are so much I can barely do my house chores. Please can someone motivate me, and I'm also struggling with eating healthy........ My life is messed up. :( :( :(
inaayah don't stress over it. I am currently in the same boat sprained my knee a month ago and started eating junk and now gained a few lbs back , but i am back on track now actually started walking outside as well as the dvd walking at home by leslie sansone.. controlling my eating is very difficult since i like everything but i've been doing ok for the past few days now... working on it i guess. If you can't workout eating healthy and within calorie range is very important
