I'm doing davina McCall DVD, which is about 50 mins start to finish...., i have been having cereal in the morning for breakfast, I try to have a light lunch or skip it. Dinner is usually one roti with whatever is made, and lots of salad.

I don't have a horrible diet. Junk food barely once a month. Eat typical desi food everyday. I'm going to start out with working out at least 30 minutes a day and adding a lot of water and fruits to my diet.

Hi guys,
Please somebody help me! I'm soooooo fed up.......... Been working out like crazy, and somewhat have been eating in a sensible way too, but my weight just WON'T budge!!!
What am I doing wrong people? I'm really beginning to lose hope, I think I'm just gonna remain FAT the rest if my life....... :/:/:/

Innayah, how long have you been working out for? It usually takes a few weeks before you start seeing results. Also measure yourself, you may be losing inches.

I had my baby last year in may, and since then I'm struggling with my weight. I was around 11 st and 6 lbs back in October last year. When I started my work out routine I managed to lose about half a stone, BUT then the Christmas holidays came and I lost track.
Since then I'm just not being able to STICK to a regime, I think I'm getting old...... I'm currently 10 stones n 13 lbs and have been this for the past 2 months at least!!!!! I'm getting sooooooo depressed over this, and to make things worse I have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, which makes it such a chore for me to exercise. I still do my work out despite the aches and pains but may be I'm eating too much still?????

Oh yeah n as for the inches I lost a total of 11 and a half inches, which I was quite thrilled about!! But the weight is still too much...

Well, just wanted to updat you people, I have lost 1 and half lbs!! So now I'm 10.12. I'm still not too impressed, but I'm going to preserver and stick to it. I have started cutting out roti in my meals, so for dinner now, I have half roti with whatever is made.
I hope to see more numbers go down that scale next week.......

Losing weight was easy before I got married and had a baby. Now its just too damn difficult! BUT M NOT GONNA GIVE UP! I wanna lose atleast 40 lbs before my baby turns 2 in October!

Even I'm trying very hard to lose my baby weight, I have 4 kids n lost a lot of weight after having each one. But I just can't seem to do it so easily this time round, I'm officially OLD :(

hayee u shud have stopped after the 3rd one :( I am just too scared of babies after just having one! They make u so fat, tis not fair! :(

But hey look at it this way, ur all done with ur babies! Lose weight now and keep it off for the rest of ur life insha Allah! :)) Look at me, I still gotta pop 1 or 2 more for hubby dear!
