I am so sad and feeling ugly about how much i weigh, i have been yoyo dieting for a long time but this time i am going to try making it a life style change and not just diet hopefully.
My goal weight is 120 pounds and i'm going to stay with it until March 24th. A little bit more than a month is what I have.
How do you guys resist the tempting foods around? Sometimes my boss gets us chocolates and cakes for special occasions and those are the times that are the hardest.

One trick is to eat all the chocolates and cakes you want, satisfy your cravings, eat so much sweets ke dil bhar jaye.... that can work sometimes.
