I am so sad and feeling ugly about how much i weigh, i have been yoyo dieting for a long time but this time i am going to try making it a life style change and not just diet hopefully.
My goal weight is 120 pounds and i’m going to stay with it until March 24th. A little bit more than a month is what I have.
How do you guys resist the tempting foods around? Sometimes my boss gets us chocolates and cakes for special occasions and those are the times that are the hardest.
