Yes, you don’t ignore it anymore,just do it else it get’s worse and becomes harder to lose.
I need to lose more fat on lower part of my belly , that is a stubborn fat. :mad: it is killing me. My thighs are fine now , I have been doing sit ups,rest of my body is perfect , it is just the belly left now. I have removed carbs in my diet too, I take less amount of carbs,Just trying my best to reach my goal. Can you post your diet chart and work out plan please, i want to see it? :slight_smile:

Lilly I don't have a diet plan per say, I don't deprive myself of certain foods. I eat everything that I like however I practice portion control. Eat a balanced diet, just limit the quantities.

Workout is usually cardio, doing around 55 mins right now, before I had started to slack off and would stop anywhere near 40 mins. My plan is to add 5 mins in a couple weeks or when I feel I have reached a plateau. Will see how things go. Hope that helps you, any questions feel free to send a pm. :)

True, starving and going on crush diets isn't a good idea,it damages inner body. Eating healthy counts the most. Sure, you 'll receive a pm soon. :)

breakfast: paratha n tea(weekend hai lol)
snack: apple
lunch: chicken curry with 1 wholewheat chapati n yogurt
teatime: a cup of tea n digestive biscuits
dinner: veggie soup n salad

8glasses water
1hour walk

lost 1kg....m 53kg now! yayyy

Breakfast - One cup of milk + 2 biscuits.
Mid morning - 1 banana + 2 pears.
Lunch - Macaroni with mince + vegetables.
Dinner - 1 Green apple.

Bride2be so dont have too much time, february bride according to my doctor i have to loose 15,9 kg, 62 kg.

Well first day: Eating was bad like any other day...did 30 min (30 day shred)..

I lost almost 8 lbs in the last 1.5 months.

And now I'm back to eating :(
