^ What is your usual work out? Do you follow MJ or your own selected one? :p
Right now I am doing cardio which includes elliptical plus jump rope, and some crunches/bicycle crunches afterwards. I have always worked out but wasn't paying attention to my diet lately... strictly started following low fat diet for the past two days. I did a similar diet and workout plan years ago and lost major weight, I know I can do it again. :)
Don't even need major weight loss right now, just a few pounds and tonning.
I do crunches, aerobics and jumping jacks. I start and then give up after few days. :( I have made myself a new diet chart to follow from Monday and work out everyday. No to junkie food , no fizzy drinks etc I have been already avoiding but it's a big No from now on. I've heard that it takes 21 days to make something become a habit or 40 days so I am going to stick to my plan this time but I think it all depends on what it is and if you really want to do it or not.
If you need to lose only few pounds then it won't take more than 2 to 4 weeks I guess?
Well the truth is I've been stuck on these last few pounds for a while now all due to the high intake of junk foods. My meals are small, I try to eat healthy otherwise, workout regularly but then I keep letting myself indulge in the sugary stuff. As a result I am stuck at the same exact weight with a pound or two lost/gained every now and then. So I finally decided that was it!! I needed to do it right this time as I have done in the past where I totally gave up junk except for a very small portion per day.
You gotta keep up with your exercise and stay determined that you are going to do this. I can gurattee, you will reach your goal in a few months if not sooner. :)
