The point is this. If we create an asset for pak in afg than y not afg or india will create assets for them in pk. If u have success ful foreign policy u be friends with neighborhood or make ur border control strong than u don't need to have such assets.

We got Ayoub Khan and along came Mukti Bahni
We got Zia ul Haq and long came dozens of terrorist outfits, Malik Ishaq was their asset who claims to kill one hundred people alone…and firing in mosques use to be norms by these assets.
Then came Mushy, and came into being TTP, the organized merceneries who kill for money…
These terror networks are built under the army regime…and good thing is army id determined to clean them…
Not to mention, Zia purposely created MQM and SSP to counter PPP’s influence in Karachi and Southern Punjab and both have been involved in terrorism and terrorist activities these will not get back in national stream unless they know that their DAD is no more to protect them.
