Really!!! I have that one and I don't like it at all! it looks nice for about an hour or so but it fades and starts flaking...many times I've noticed a little bit of black flaking onmy cheeks several hours after applying it
I've noticed it too. I think I'll use the L'Oreal one as a base and layer it with Dior's Extase so it doesn't flake.
Hareem I've heard that about Dior mascara, my friend bought it and she said she couldnt believe she spent so much money on something that looks so ordinary at the end of it

She's right...very disappointing results indeed. At first I liked it but I tried it again at home and it's nothing special. On top it's so hard to take it off even after washing your lashes with soapy water, can be really bad for lashes.
St Ive's Apricot Scrub
No 7 Protect and Perfect Lip Care/Blistex Intensive Lip Moisturiser
Veet Wax Strips (rip off, but no other brand will do!)
Pakistani liquid eyeliner; it's black as ink from over there.
Maxfactor False Lash Effect Mascara

Yeah this reminds me of when my friend bought me YSL Volume Effect Mascara; though I enjoyed using it for a while, because it smells nice, and the tube feels nice, there was not enough wow effect for me to cough up an extra £7 for that over Maxfactor also, this dried up very fast and I dont push my mascara brush in and out ever and I seal it properly so yeah, sometimes designer isnt top dog.
^That’s why I will never ever use a non-drugstore/high street mascara. To me, the best mascaras can be found at the drugstore.
I’m NC20-25 and I find it a bit too yellow/dark for me also! I have been eyeing an LM concealer, and this one sounds promising. How do you use both shades? One for under-eye and the other for blemishes?
It’s quite true. I think I should read reviews before spending that much money on a product…having said that, I bought Dior’s foundationfew months ago and I think it’s the best ever foundation out there.

I mix the two shades and i use it where i have some redness, not for undereyes, i don't think it's meant for that area, but if you have have to invest in a LM concealer, then this is the one. i also have the concealer for undereyes from them but it's too thick for me, i prefer my Maybelline eraser concealer
for concealer that stays on ALL day literally try Maybelline super stay concealer..I have super oily skin and foundation nor concealer stays on for me all day....but the super stay concealer and foundation are amazing! you guys should check it out!

You know I tried that bobbi brown corrector at Sephora...now idk if it's my foundation or my camera or what, but the salesgirl put this corrector on me that was very dark...when I went outside in normal light, it looked orange! but when I took a picture, it looked seamlessly blended in...so weird.
I either need a new camera or a new foundation, never had so many issues in the past with pix vs real.

Sara I've noticed that about foundation. These department stores, they are verrryyy sneaky and clever, they use flattering white lighting and mirrors in the stores so you look all flawless and then you go out and see its real colour and look like a clown. has happened to me several times :(
be very wary!
How** DARE** you forget my beloved Tibet Snow, Ashe Skin Whitening Cream, Stillman's fairness cream, Bio Nikhar, Archies, Emami Fairness, English Fairness Snow cream*????????* HUH???? All of these I mix and blend together in a lovely jar, which I humbly title, "Redvelvet's Beauty Secret".
^Mind you....I use a porcelain jar for my cute concoction. In the hopes that I will have....you know....porcelain skin. And I also made sure to put a sticker of a GORI **on my porcelain jar.....you know.....in the hopes of becoming GORI GORI myself!**
But....don't you vorry. I also stay true to my desi hertiage. I oil my hair regularly with Dalda Banaspati Ghee....you know.....for that lovely glistening effect. And then I vear my hair in two braids and tie with a RED ribbon. It MUST be *Red *(because my name is Redvelvet) and also becase red contrasts nicely against my black oily....i mean glistening...braids.
And when I have the time, I spritz myself with my special fragrance called Eau de Saag. Then I go out...i just run through the fields of mustard flowers.....my daily exercise. Sometimes I intensify my workout routine...by pumping water from the well.
This is true byooty, I tell you! All these things, I can't live without.
I'm an NC20-25 and I use the Face & Body in C2. I don't want/need coverage as opposed to just evenness and getting rid of the pink on my cheeks so F&B is perfect since it's very light and can be doubled for more coverage. I find the other colors from the other ranged from MAC too orange or too dark. I'm gonna give the MUFE HD a try as well.
I'm that color too and feel the same way about MAC, what do you use for foundation then?
I use Laura Mercier's mineral foundation in Real Sand or Make up for ever's Face and Body in 32 (my sephora didn't carry all the shades so i picked what was closer to my skin, but the foundation is so light that the color doesn't matter if it's slightly off)
