Sorry to burst your bubble but look at the last two matches and tell me what happened after Strauss got out. Just comment on that. Today it was 113 when the first wicket fell and the rest 9 went down for 114. I rest my case.

I must say that today's win no mean feat! It domonstrated the mental strength of our players. With all the allegations of match and spot fixing looming over their heads, they played unbelievably well! It seemed like it was the English side that could not take their minds off the stuff going on off the field and could not handle the pressure.

Way to go team Pakistan!!! :)

Afridi has finally managed to do what Malik, Younis, Yousuf and Butt were unable to do. The team is United! I must admit it has alot to do with Malik’s absence! Younis was a poor fellow although a great leader too but Malik had some other plans.

Ehsan bhai…I am not questioning the validity of your comment, only saying that your comment is meaningless.

There is no point pondering over what could have happened in Cricket…or in any sports in general.

Example: If it had not rained in this match](http://www.cricinfo.com/ci/engine/match/65130.html)…Pakistan would never have won the World Cup (would have been eliminated in the 1st round).

I dont know how many of you watched the presentation ceremony but the disappointment on strauss face was worth watching. He looked absolutely devastated.

Pakistan gained a point there for sure but many people easily forget that the same rule cost us two points against South Africa. South Africa made 211 and we were cruising at 110 for 2 when rain arrived and recalculation ment we required almost 9 RPO instead of 4.24
