Perhaps, but the option to shift countries is not even an option for the majority of people. I understand if your fleeing as a refugee or seeking asylum, because your life is in danger; but even then you are being forced beyond your will.
Ive heard the argument ‘well if you dont like it; go to another country’ many times and its usually followed by complaints of ‘too many foreigners in the country as it is.’…to which you tell them then to follow their own moral principle and leave the country. They dont seem too happy about that though.
