Mate its not Enfield its Chigwell. U'd enjoy any of the BTS classes but blokes tend to enjoy Bodypump.

Sorry Chigwell then...thats even further away than Enfield.
I don't understand all these terms, tell me in plain English what BTS and Bodypump mean...I have an idea what Bodypump may be.
I need to have stronger forearms..Forearms I think are my weakest link. Can you recommend something for me, there are a couple of excercises I do to strengthen my forarms but I may be missing something.
Also can you recommend me something to increase my lung capacity.

I think all the major gyms r open during the holidays.
Mine is no a major one....they are normally open almost all the time but I remember seeing a notice that they would be closed on Friday.

Sorry I missed your post. I had a look at the link, and it seems like what I do at the gym anyway. 10 minutes of warm up, followed by about an hour of weight bearing excercises and then a few minutes of warm up.
Bodycombat and Bodybalance seem interesting.

Bodycombat and Bodybalance seem interesting.
I teach Bodycombat-its a brilliant high impact workout.
Bodybalance is really good for strectching ur muscles out. I dont teach it but my friends do.
Sounds like ur doing the right kinda stuff. I think if u introduced sum sort of cycling class into ur routine like once or twice a week, u'll find ur lung capacity will increase.
