Bodybalance is really good for strectching ur muscles out. I dont teach it but my friends do.
Sounds like ur doing the right kinda stuff. I think if u introduced sum sort of cycling class into ur routine like once or twice a week, u'll find ur lung capacity will increase.
I go and jog a couple of times a week...and thats good....but I think I need to sprint for a few minutes that has to be the ultimate:)
With the summer here at least the parks will be open for longer! and I can go there.
Your wrong! Without gham life is short and with gham life is long. Because when you don't have gham, you are having fun and time passes quickly....when you have gham even time seems to stop:D
