This is horrible news. Most of you are perverting statistics to sell a "mashallah pakistan is progressing" image. It's not true.
The reasons mobile phones are popular is because landlines are impossible to set up. What does that mean?
It means our infrastructure sucks! It means a household choses to get a cellular phone instead of bothering to get a land line.
