I am seeing an increasing number of 40 something year olds who are single and looking for marriage. When they look for marriage, they and their families do not seek that 35 year old woman. They seek the 25 year old woman.
I don’t understand this. The age gap is huge. It was YOUR fault you acted like a playboy, hyena, retard, whatever, and now you’re single and realize that there is no one to cook your salan and you’re tired of cooking it on your own and you need a wifey.
So then marry someone around your age. Why chase after a 20 something year old?
Do you think its appropriate for a 40 year old man who just never had his act together (or for WHATEVER reason, never settled, or settled and failed and settled again and failed again) to go for someone so much younger than him?
I just got done giving the smack down to a 40 something year old who dared to talk to me. I’m like, go pick on someone your own size, you perv.
Maybe I’m being mean, I don’t know. But I just think its so typically pig-gish for guys to go after such younger girls. They won’t go after a 30 something year old, which is quite unfair to girls in that age range who are single and still looking.
Everyone has a right to choose whatever they want to. It's upto them if they want a younger wife, it's their life. If girls don't like marrying a older guy, they can just say NO. How hard is that?
If it doesn't concern you then you should'nt be talking, simple.
MAY BE one of the reasons is that in a marriage a man usually or try to have a dominant personality and he wants someone who is more submissive and easy to control . Our rational thinking tells us that it might come with age . Hence the reason for finding girls who are younger .
The 40 year old guy I just attacked for even trying to talk to me ... he was soooo angry. His ego took such a hit. I basically told him to get lost, and quit trying to pounce on underage women.
No PCG, you did good.. a 40+ old who is a loser by all means, got nothing going on for himself doesn't deserve you.. you should be marrying someone your age, someone who is established, someone who is sincere and a hard worker.. not with someone who is in their midlife depression, they would make your life a living hell too.
Firstly, i am not an 'older man'. You obviously don't know me.
Secondly, it's not like those old people are preying on 10 yr olds, are they? I don't think 20 or 25s can easily be 'taken advantage of'. They have the right to say NO, not really hard is it?
Thirdly, unlike you, we people don't gossip on such useless things.
Anger usually doesn’t convey the message , neither it convinces anyone . Rather it just do totally opposite . Next time be little bit more polite and start with a ‘‘bahi jaan agar app bura na manayaan tu aik baat karoon’’ . :k:

you know those 40 year old “virgins” who go looking for “younger virgins” - well they do find someone - BUT those younger girls are not happy inside.
You might think life is black and white - but that’s not true. Those younger girls who marry - they marry out of “circumstance” and not because they are happy with the marriage.
Some younger girls who marry older guys do it for financial security reasons. A reason that can help the girls family too. So you see it’s not a “happy marriage”.
Those girls do not fantasize the older guy. They might be married to the old man but their heart is never with them.
So how do you think that the guy is having the last laugh? I think he is actually crying within…

When i was in my early 20s, I dont think I would have minded marrying someone older (10-15 years +) BUT now that i’m approaching my 30s, I am glad I didn’t.
^ aha sarah good point, so marrying an old hag will not bother you at the beginning since all the honeymoon crap is in the head.. but later down the road when you are growing mature, it'd be bothersome for women.
1-Men don't get get old enough not to be able to marry younger girls/women! Women lose their ability to procreate at some point or should not have children beyond a certain age. Men can have children for decades more.
2- Pesky prostate only gets better after marriage. :-)
3- Most women still prefer older men. Not just because of money but because of accepting the mature nature and sensibility which helps married life for long time. While the boy who is still in school or college may not find a good rishta till he gets on his feet, girls in school or college leave school or college more commonly if a good rishta arrives.
4- Perhaps up to 10 years difference is still feasible. But same age may not be for above reasons. Especially if they marry in late 20's or more.
Equal age makes other problems like, not accepting one or the other authority or opinion, more defined or rigid habits and less giving up attitudes. Who knows they may even argue on fan on or off at night!
5- Men take longer to settle (education, jobs, moving), girls get mature early in family settings hence men should marry younger girls.
6- Agree with ishaz above. It is a matter of choice and women instead of being sensitive, just simply say no. He will find another girl and girl will find someone else younger. No big deal. :-)

I can't talk for the 20 year old who married a 35-40 year old, only she can relate her experience. But if a guy is in his late 30s or 40s and has NEVER been married or close to it--I'm sorry but thats warning signals right there. (widow/divorce is a different story).
