UK sizes’s are 4 numbers more than US.. so Size 0 US is size 4 UK.. 
which is tiny!!!
If I was near you, I’d be trying to feed you 
but if you feel that size 0 is what you feel most comfortable in then we’re all here for you.. I guess you must have a tiny body frame!
