I need to shape up too!
I started a "100 day" shape up plan about 10 days ago, and tomorrow is my first 10 day weigh in.
I've been quite lazy, and still falling into fast food places frequently, so I've probably gained!
Original weight.. 69.6 kg
Current weight.. ? (can update in the morning)
Goal weight.. 55 kg
Age.. 38
Height.. 5'5

Went to gym today ... my workout consists of
10 minute treadmill
10 minute elliptical machine
10 minute rower
20-25 minutes light weight combined reps targeting shoulder, back , arms and stomach .
Felt great afterwards
dinner which consisted of :
steak and brocolli
lunch: 2 boiled eggs with mayo and a small chocolate bar
did 200 skips in the evening

I have brought my scales from home but not checked my weight and will need to start behaving myself
Today
B: 1 slice of wholemeal Toast and Tea
L: One Wholemeal roll and Mushroom soup
Snk 2 glasses of Milk
Dinner: Very little and no carbs (except veg)
So I have 6kg to lose and really want to to lose it by big Eid so wish me luck.. I might join the gym but then don't want to waste money

Just got done with my workout.
50 mins of elliptical= calories burnt 550
4 mins of jumping jacks = i am hoping calories burnt equals 50 atleast.
Goal is to lose atleast 10 lbs/tone up. I would be fine with whichever comes first. :D Most likely I need both.

My weight htis mornign was 64.5 kg and had a cup of milk with a teeny bit of coffee and from today only one meal will have carb or bread .. and that in the day

Everytime I have a tiny bit of flour or bread, my stomach bloats .. :( I need to make it a lifestyle change of cutting down on white stuff or lose enough weight that if I do eat something like that, my weight doesn't baloon :(
So girls should I join a gym ?

C you definitely should join gym so you can eat some properly portioned meals (some vegetables/fruits meat legumes nuts) throughout the day , how are you surviving on so little ???
I've started seeing the effects of weight resistant training my back is less flabby and my arms are firmer ....

carbs are so evilllllllll . I am joining the gym today!!! and therefore so should you!!
For lunch today I had.
2 quorn peppered steaks 214 calories and salad of tomatoes sweetcorn and beetroot. 50 calories.
Then I had a mocha - probably 130-150 calores. boooo which i hadnt had that but i need caffineeeeeeeee.

Keep it up girls. I have a first date that I want to be thinner for which is 18th October.. That gives me 30ish days and aim is to lose atleats 4kg inshALLAH
This is my tracking from 20th July or so to now St 155 -150- 149.4- 148.5- 147.8- 145.2- 144.1 -141.68 - 140.36 - (127.6)
remaining - 12.76
So will reset my counter now 141.9 - which is 64.5 kg

today i had:
breakfest: weatibix with green top milk and honey instead of sugar
went gym done 10 mins threadmill 15 mins epilicatal 15 mins bike 10 mins rowing 30 sit ups 50 skips and touching toes 30 times also used this machine i dont know wat is calld its for ur arms and for chest and u have to push it away from ur body done thst 30 times
lunch was spinch curry with 1 roti and glass of coke
havent had dinner yet

We're both in the same boat! I started Atkins, which ILOVE for losing weight fast, but to be successful with it in the long term and keep off the weight, you can't fall back into your old eating habits. A few years ago, I was down to 56kg, but...relapsed to 74. Atkins is a permanent lifestyle, not a short term diet. You WILL regain every ounce if you stop following Atkins.
If you decide on Atkins, you WILL be hungry the first day or two, you WILL need to take a multivitamin, and you WILL need to take potassium supplements too. Drink tons of water, and exercise (I'm doing different Stott Pilates DVDs at home, an aerobics class, and will add in 30 day shred soon).

after 2.5 days of emotinal eating and probably gaining a few lbs.. iam back :D serious and motivated to lose those nasty lbs that are hanging around !
i woke up an hour ago had a big glass of water and did 100 jumping jacks! (trying to add in more cardio to my 30 day workout)

omg.. totally!! 2 yrs ago I lost 10 kg in 15 weeks.. and i know the diet i followed.. i JUST need to get motivated.. pm and ill tell u what i followed..
