How are you doing?

Did you get through to the last day.. ?

My udpate, I ate a lot over the weekend ... Thursday to Saturday.. I felt horrible.. Like my stomach was going to explode..

I weighed myself this morning and am 65.5kg and keeping a roza for the 9th Muharram so no food or water until tonight.

I will be going to the gym at lunch time and also will plan to go after work too

How is everyone doing?

No weigh ins kaya?

I m doing good yar! Infact too good for my liking hehe, i m thinking why am i nt feeling any weakness, any side effects :D haha! i m afraid it must just happen suddely. Oh well i still have 2 days 2 go! Wl let u know how much i loose, if i loose at all.

hope your all well.. Ive been on gupshup on and off... Came across this today, and thought I would like to join you guys..

I have been trying to loose some weight for a while, but had no luck, partly due to the fact that I am very lazy.. I want to loose it, but I dont do anything about it.. I joined the gym but hardly go, even though its on my door step :(

I have had enough now, and really want to push myself and get down to my goal weight.. It seems really hard, but after reading all your posts, it seems like you guys will be my motivation.

So I need all your help.. What to do and how to do it ;) what is shred??

okay so the shred is a 30 day shred dvd by jillian micheals ( you can get from amazon )
it has 3 levels and you do each level for 10 days without stopping if you can

ok girls.. I am now 64 kg.. this is on the basis of water and tea for the last day or so.. I was the same weight last week.. this time

I did binge on tortilla chips and tzatsiki but I am impressed as I knew I was full so I actually left the rest in the staff kitchen for people to finish..

I finally decided to join the forum! I’ve been reading about the 30 Days Shred here. And I’m in! I lost a total of 40lb a year ago by eating healthy and biking but I gained it all back! Sad, henna? :teary1: Yes and it makes me so angry! :mad: I now have 67lb to lose thanks to doritos, chicken cottage, chips, coca cola, cake, croissant, fries and you get the idea right. But first inshaAllah I’ll start with a smaller goal of 20lb. I know it’s a shota goal but hey it’s a baraa step!

SOoooo does the 30 day shred really work or not? I got the cd this week. I’m on day 2 and my legs hurt so bad. Going up and down the stairs was painful. Going into sujud was painful. Getting in and out of the car was painful!!

Is it always going to be like this? :bummer:

The shred is hard at the beginning but that is because we have been without exercise for a while :smack:

I am on day 7 - level 1 and before eid was on day 10 level 2 :smack:

You will get used to it and will really look forward to it …i know i did :slight_smile:
i lost 3lbs whilst doing the shred first time round but my diet was not good all the time

This time i haven’t weighed myself and won’t be doing till next week :bummer:
iA we can do this we just need to eat well and keep going ‘because we are strooonng’ like Jillian says :cb:

i’am on day 6 of jillian michaels ripped in 30 very similar to shred but has 3 strength per circuit compared to shred which only has 2.. iam also doing alot of cardio along with it mainly turbo fire and yes i’am losing weight and inches :party:

Did 2 spinning classes yesterday and 30 minutes of running

I plan to do the same today

I have 9 more days to get the weight off

i've decided to loose some peso cz I'm hating this motapaa thingyyy

original weight: 57kg
weight goal: 50kg
age: 25
height: 5'2

I hv just started with
Breakfast: brown bread toss with glass of milk.
Fresh salad and fruits throughout whole day.

Dinner: half whole grain chapati with cholesterol free gravy( desi style).

Best thing abt loosing weight is don't eat anything after 8pm
