i've decided to loose some peso cz I'm hating this motapaa thingyyy
original weight: 57kg
weight goal: 50kg
age: 25
height: 5'2
I hv just started with
Breakfast: brown bread toss with glass of milk.
Fresh salad and fruits throughout whole day.
Dinner: half whole grain chapati with cholesterol free gravy( desi style).
Best thing abt loosing weight is don't eat anything after 8pm

Myw eight is 64.4kg today
Having hummous and cucumber now
Did 2 spinning classes yesterday and 30 minutes of running
I plan to do the same today
I have 9 more days to get the weight off

Yeah i started eating as didn’t lose any weight.. it all came back on
I am 64kg today and had cucumber and low fat hummous.. with two weight watchers tortilla chips and feel so full
Off to the gym right now

I am 63.7 kg.. Thank the lord I have been hovering at 64 for the past two weeks. so great news
I am going to eat ultra healthy and get my vitamins as I feel really tired these days and exercise my ass off.

I on the other hand not been exercising since i fell, i feel alot better just been really busy
what with the kids being home for xmas holidays and hubby not being well

have been eating loads of junk and i know it will suddenly pop up ..i just need to maintain .. current weight 59kg goal weight 58-59
todays breakfast : only a cup of tea with brown sugar ( not feeling hungry at all )

yesterday’s dinner : half tandoor ki rooti with 1 chapli kabab and daal andfew chips ( yes i am trying to control)
was drinking lemon water whole day
today : breakfast : 1cup plain milk 1 apple and later cup of tea with few choc wafers
lunch: omlette sandwich and a cucumber following with a cup green tea..
plus instead of drinking plain water i m taking simple lemon water just added lemon slices in 1.5 litre bottle… may be it could help in maintaining weight as well as detoxify

when i went home from the offc had a cup or guava juice and few chips
dinner: half tandor ki roti with chiken karhai and half plate matar pulao following with a cup of greentea.
todays bf;cup of plain milk and apple later… half paratha with chai
