i did walk for 1hr last night and had chicken soup.....

Breakfast: tea and weetabix minis

Hey girls

I have been bad and not coming on here much due to a heavy workload (not the only thing that is heavy right now)

I weighed in today and am 66.9 so thank the lord I am back to the 66kg category

My goal is 58 and hubby is coming in dec inshALLAH and I seriously cannot tell you how important it is for me to lose this weight

  • For him
  • For me -For our health
  • For future Kids

I don't want people to be mean about hubby but he has worked hard to lsoe weight and get a really toned muscled body and he expects that I would do the same for him. He's disappointed as he has been waiting for me to lose the weight which I always said I would for almost 2 years

So this am, Porridge and Tea

Ps.. Yesterday was the best day to start a diet with 6 weeks to Xmas so come on girlies.. let's follow Xjatti's determination and do this..

I will be going to the gym today.. 5pm inshALLAH

I slacked off big time :(

anyhow today iA I'm getting back into the routine.

had green tea in the morning (nihaar muu). now going to have muesli with 1/2 cup milk, and chicken breast with veggies for lunch. For dinner Im making lasagna but will try to keep it low-fat and will make salad with it so that I can fill up on that rather than eating too much :)
For exercise I shall be Zumba-ing!

You CAN do it jhanj - keep saying it yourself
In the kitchen hide all or better still chuck out unhealthy things

Put up sticky notes and piccy’s of you when slimmer in your room
and especially the fridge, that way you will think twice :slight_smile:

Misti - everyone has off days and at the beginning so did i
but then looking back at my nikkah pics it just got me more focused.

Just pick yourself up everytime you think you cant do and come into this thread
for some much needed motivation from all these lovely girls :slight_smile:

Confucius - I wanna give you a big hug :hugz: for opening this thread and motivating me
to to do summat about my weight as it was making me very unhappy iA when i get to my goal
(which is a long way away but not for long iA ) i will put up before and after pics in my blog :eek:

We can do this togeether, and iA you will get there soon :slight_smile:

todays routine:

Breakfast: 1cup milk with a tbsp of choco horlicks and an apple

lunch: omlette and paratha and a cup of green tea

dinner: daal chawal and a cup of green tea

in btw 3 choclate toffees :(

take out the parathaa AB, instead of having that have the omelette with a tbsp of ketchup or a slice of wholegrain bread.
for dinner measure out 1/2 cup of rice and fill up the rest of your plate with daal and salad.

today: I was good up until lunch.. I had chicken noodle soup and a turkey breast sandwich (1/2 of it). and then, I got a really bad migraine so ended up having Pizza hut for dinner :( couldn't workout either but might just shake it in an hour after the hubby falls asleep!

Defo leave out the paratha and for brekky try aotmeal
do what mysti said for dinner and also do some exercise everyday iA you will get there :)

easy appleb.. Cut out all carbs (apart form veg) and eat lean meat.. fish, chicken ..you can do it..

Brekky - Tea, oatmeal
Lunch - 1 roti, chicken curry
Dinner - baked chicken salad wrap

i know… i need to eat more fruit and veg :bummer:

Hey everyone ,

.........................well haven't really been following a diet lately i got to 68 kilos for my cousins wedding which was 4 weeks ago and now im

at 69.7 kilos ....... confucious i feel your pain about wanting to lose the weight not only for yourself but to please your man .

I've joined a women only gym which i shall start in 2 weeks but until then i aim to get to 67/68 simply through restricted calories

and start the gym at 67/68 kilos and lose 3-4 kilos taking me down the goal weight of anything under 65 kilos which would be so

AMAZING .

I feel so close yet so far , all i have to lose is around 5 kilos but that final 5 is KILLING ME YA'LL.

Anways here we go Bismillah.....
