Ok I am back and have decided that jo bhi ho I will be 60kg by 31st Dec..
So current weight is 67.2 kg
I have in my armour a gym membership until that date
InshALLAH trying to find a place close to work so I can get to the gym and also make food myself
Fruit arrival at work 2 times a week
Hubby will be here inshALLAH by then
This is new beginning
Today I had bulgar wheat salad, didn't want to eat but I bought yesterday and didn't eat it then
Having a cup of hot milk as I have a cold

i just did the bum bum work out from brazil butt lift.. man iam soo tired iam starting the 30 day workout tomorrow..
hopefully by eid my stomache will flatten out a bit and people wont annoy me by asking me irrelavant questions

I had to miss a day due to the same reason! I guess my body needed the rest, because when I resumed, I had MORE energy and was MORE motivated to exercise!
was watching tv and heard a tip to reduce weight....take 500gram kalonji and add one lemon to it...sun dry it and make sure it is dried well.....take half tea spoon with room temperature water......and they challenged that you will reduce weight very fast and ofcourse no side effects....i am going to try it will let you guys know soon

yes everyday before breakfast......i too but imagine if you start reducing weight without any effort WAOOOOOOO it sounds great to me.......i am definately going to try
Okay guys I managed to get down to 58kg my target. However I was only there for a day and I seem to still at 60kg
So what I am aiming to do is get down to 55kg, I will still be of a healthy BMI at this weight, doing that if I do have any rebound weight gain then I wont be too disappointed and give myself more room to work out how to maintian.
So today
Brekkie - 2 boiled eggs - 150 calores
Lunch - Some quorn mince cooked like qeema with a half a tea spoon of oil. I table spoon of cheese cake for some sweet ness in my mouth lol. - No idea how many cals probs 200
Dinner - I think I have some tomato soup around 200 calories
i am controlling my diet but not getting time for excersice as i reach home around 7 and remaining 3,4 hours i spend with my daughter :) so i will definately control my diet

Diet control is the key to weight loss.
If you continue to eat everything and anything and then just drink this kalonji thing you will be disappointed.
