guys instead of arguing and all we know that india is becoming a much better test team and pakistan needs to work and awful lot harder cuz still they lack test players in the team.

doesnt have the guts? dude if you think neutrally instead of an emotional pakistani fan and ask yourself why would they put in the effort to score quickly and even declare and set a target when pakistan has no interest to win this match?
I agree, and you have to look at reality to evaluate why Pakistan had "no interest" in winning the last test, you can't play emotionally to win a game.

I agree... but if India had strength in bowling and considered Pakistan a weak team then it would've been a possibility, people equate "guts" with "stupidity" many a times... just like it would've required guts by Pak team management/players to go for a win in 2nd test but facing the reality that most players were not good enough for that, they opted to go for a draw.

when i looked at score card for indian 2nd inning i was shocked to see Sami open the bowling and not Yasir and i have same feeling today when i see Sami get the bowl and not Yasir......Morning session is crucial and no matter hoe inexperience yasir is at International level, i m sure Indians would have loved to not to face him and face sami instead.

i have to say, in my opinion, in the last test match, the target was not gettable, i think pakistan did the right thing by going for a draw
about ur second point, India has a weak bowling attack (especially considering the pitch), also pakistan posted 537, they are not a weak team, and i think more importantly ur missing the point - if India was 1 down in this test series, then it would make sense to have 'guts' to declare and attempt to win the match, but there is absolutely no reason to declare and set a achievable target of 275 (i mentioned the reasons in earlier post) and put the series on the line when you are 1-0 up!

And with that it's lunch on the final day. The players walk off with India on 221 for 5. The big disappointment was Ganguly falling on 91 when he was batting really well. The overall lead is now 310.
