Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

Well Played Pakistan, Well Played! We surely r the No.2 team in the world.

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

So one run out decides the match and the 173 he made in the first innings doesnt count and also the fact that apart from the run out all the other batsmen committed blunders. Lets ignore all that and focus on yousef’s run out alone.

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

Can each one of next batsmen give Inzi 40 minutes each? They may only have to face five/ten overs each for Inzi to draw this game. Can they do it.

Probably not :(

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

"England have done this all themselves"
Nasser Hussein can go screw himself, Pakistan have done this themselves, England don't deserve praise for their win, Pakistan do.

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

What the hell, Younis missed regular ball. They describing it as if it was Shane Warne to Gatting ball.

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

Now...nothing is left...except hitting harder...and harder...you are respecting too much the English bowlers and fielders...

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

almost 4 hours of game still on.... I don't see it happening :(

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

Winning is one step above from saving the game. We had to get the first target of saving the game first, which was to not lose lots of wickets before lunch. All we wanted from our openers was for ONE of them to stay there till lunch. Wasn't going to happen.

Now apart from Taufeeq, all openers have played at least 4 innings each in this series. You expect from an international batsman to score at least one good innings from four outings. Farhat, Butt, and Taufeeq need to go back to learning it all over again in domestic games under the hot sun, for a few more years. Bye bye for now!

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

It was the rought where the ball landed and not Monty that made it special, but it was NOT a regular ball :)

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

Who is going to start the thread for next test match?

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

Inzi is playing a bit aggressively. Not a bad ploy, we won't be able to save the game if we allow England to continue increasing the pressure and have all the fielders in our tailend batsmen's faces. He keeps hitting shots once in a while and England will be wary of runs scored.

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

We are banking on our most regular opener, Cheetah Jee, to consummate the honors.

Re: 3rd Test - Eng vs Pak - Leeds, 4th-8th Aug.

I just watched it buddy, he's a legspinner effectively, and that was a stock legspin ball, didn't u notice how late Younis was to the ball?
