Looks like those decisions are going to cost us big time. I was so pissed I couldn't even bring myself to sit down and type. Who wants to bet how many "unlucky" decisions will go in favor of Pakistan when we go out to bat?
Cook gone! The idiot actually has the nerve of shaking his head and standing his ground. If i was the bowler I would have grabbed the bat from his hands and given him a good whack.
(b) 80/4 is just too different from 150/4. NOt the same thing. I hope we do win this match, so that we get a free pass to criticize the umpiring and bring this issue up everywhere.
26.1 Umar Gul to Cook, OUT, gone. A leading edge, trying to work that to square, and Gul takes an easy return catch. A soft dismissal but a jubilant Pakistan deserved that; they have got their man at last. High tens all round… and that’s lunch
**AN Cook c & b Umar Gul 23 (32b 4x4 0x6) sr: 71.87
A morning of two halves, with Pakistan turning the passage right around. Trescothick and Strauss were in full control for England but they fell soon after the drinks break. Then Cook and Pietersen tried to rebuild, but both sent thick inside edges through to the keeper. Yet both were turned down, much to the amazement and consternation of an understandably riled Pakistan. Their bowlers continued to plug away, however, and they finally got Cook in the last over before lunch.

I know it is frustrating yar, but count your blessings, atleast the current score is better than two wickets down with both "muftas" on crease which could have been more frustrating
this is how first test started....decisions don't go out way and then centuries galore. InshAllah we will get sum justice next sessions and when we bat.
Inshallah I have a feeling God will give us poetic justice. If we can get KP shortly after lunch, we will right back in it. Collingwood and Bell are both due for failures, the law of averages has to prevail!
On the bright side, Kamran Akmal seems back to his best behind the stumps. Those takes were really good considering he was clueless in the past 2 games.
