So this is apparently your sober excuse to justify extremely poor rescue services in Karachi? Since I don't know anything, educate me that exactly how many years or decades PPP has been ruling Sindh? I don't know much about Pakistan because I'm outraged at the lack of funds being allocated to improving rescue services by those who had enjoyed long hauls in government, but you seem to know more about Pakistan because you happily take incompetency and substandard services as a norm, and feels it is not an issue worth getting enraged over and putting pressure on government? I'm sorry, I think most normal people are better off having such brain-numbing wisdom and experience.
Did you follow the Lahore fire? It doesn't take a genius to figure out the emergency response was comparatively much better than Karachi. Anarkali is a very congested area, but Lahore fire brigade did a good enough job at controlling the fire and prevented it from spreading. Poor response could've engulfed few more buildings in now time. 13 people lost their lives due to suffocation and the fact that fire happened at the entrance place. No fire exit was known to the victims, and possibly the rescue team failed to get into the building on time. Now this is an area that needs massive improvement. But just to you from blowing off, I have no reason to give Shahbaz Sharif's Lahore administration any undeserved credit.
Let's see you if you can fathom simple English, and would not throw any hyperbolic drivel to divert the focus from the main point - which is sheer incompetency and criminal negligence of of PPP led Sindh government in emergency services department which was greatly exposed during Abbas Town blast. Looks like they didn't learn any lesson and they have no reason to until they have followers who think it is perfectly okay for an incumbent government to not respond to any kind of public outrage and pressure that might force them to fix its failures.

Bullets were being fired from the school, there were sounds of bomb blasts from within the building. A proper operation was a carried out to clear the school. So please tell me exactly Imran should've done at that time? Since he is not a Super Saeen like Bilawal Zardari who could've kicked open the doors and carried all the children on his arms, and machine gunned the terrorists. See how pathetically stupid your logic is? You think we're talking about a Hollywood heroism here?

In fact, he was the first person to confirm the news of 82 children and same number of injured, while media was still reporting it as 13 dead. He was very much part of the circle.

I was talking about preventive measures to avoid or lessen the effect of such catastrophe? Yes, it is stupid because if army has to do every thing, then why the hell is the justification of KP government???? Getting salaries and perks in addition to corruption and 'dharana' drama???

You want preventive measures. Go and educate yourself about the reduction is suicide bombing in KPK due to effective performance of bomb disposal unit, and anti terror search operations conducted by KPK police which had arrested suspect militants in 100s. There was not another jail break incident in KPK after the first blunder. We are talking about a province which was bleeding with multiple terror attacks a day only a year ago, and was expected to be marred with series of uncontrollable revenge attacks as reaction to Zarb e Azab. The kind of high profile, symbolically significant and sophisticated terror attacks we saw in Peshawar is similar to the one we saw in Lahore earlier in the face Wagah Border attack. I don't expect you to appreciate the massive reduction in terror related violence in KPK because you neither care nor your criticism is backed by good intention. Perhaps you can start off by justifying why the army is controlling the Operation Clean Up in Karachi? I won't even bother asking you what PPP has done in past 90 days to rescue the children of Thar because I doubt you even care about that. Five more children had died today and the death toll stands at 262. Are those dying children worth anything in your eyes? But its good to see the likes of you actually know what accountability means and have the nerve to question others, while likes to keep PPP immune to all that.
I'm not some stubborn old hack whose head is still stuck in an old era, and still wailing over a lost time and needlessly holding on to old loyalties. It is good that PTI faces constructive criticisms to mend it's ways and feels the pressure to deliver and being accountable. No bogus will, change of surname or thunder tweets will rescue that party if it goes down the PPP way. Good on KPK government to admit that they are indeed poorly equipped to deal with terrorism related incidents. Or they need help in improving this or that area. Good to see them taking measures to improve school securities. Good to see them intensifying search operations and doing something about the Afghan refugees. They are not and cannot be the pinnacle of perfection, but they need to show that they are indeed learning and improving as they go along.
