Yep he did, so there is no reason that the ex-CJ Iftikhar or any of his supporters to cry now when some 44 Superior Judges have ignored his call, and swore an oath on the new PCO. This now includes 5 Supreme Court judges.
More and more judges taking the oath under the PCO, and disregarding the orders of ex-CJ Iftikhar.

Newly appointed Chief Justice of Pakistan Abdul Hameed Dogar will administer the oath, sources told Daily Times on Monday. The four judges are former Federal Shariat Court chief justice Ijaz Yousaf, who is from Balochistan, Sindh High Court Justice Musa K Leghari and two judges of the Peshawar High Court.
The sources said the government was trying to persuade justices Ch Ijaz, Jamshed Ali and Tasaddaq Hussain Jilani to take fresh oath under the PCO. They are among 14 judges who refused to take oath under the PCO on Saturday. They said that some defiant judges had contacted the government for their re-induction as SC judges. “Among them are Justice Javed Iqbal and Justice Sardar Raza Khan,” the sources said, adding that the government was reluctant to re-induct them for various reasons. irfan ghauri
