The ayah as you now acknowledged begrudgingly says anyone killing muslims such as the AMerican and NAto armed forces for them place is in jahanam, so those animals 31 of them that got shot down alhamdulilah in million dollar helicopter the ayah indicates they are now going to be fuel for hellfire.
So what is point of making opposite argument they are the kuffar the ayah talks about end of discussion.
If now you want to claim the mujahideen in afghanistan who are defending their lands and people are not muslims!!! good luck explaining that one that is so far off the radar it is ludicrous.

The redneck american seals were booted to hell and that is just great news for the world in general and Pakistan in particular. A real pity that some "enlightened moderates" are defending americans.........americans who have mercilessly butchered hundreds of thousands of people across the world and have a hand in almost all the mischief in more than 50 countries across the globe. I just hope that the US empire sinks just like USSR so that pakistanis and afghans can live in peace just like we used to pre 9-11.

You cannot refute the ayah that is the problem with your argument no matter how many times you twist and turn.

secondly it is duty of the islamic armies to defend the muslims becuse they have the military hardware and training to defeat the enemies.
