It's all about kismat and when its meant to happen it will. I got married a few months back and like many others I waited and waited ............ Just make Dua as ALLAH knows best .

Agar koi naseehat nahin de sakte…ya koi achi/encouraging baat nahin kar saktay…to hurtful/ya thoughtless baatain kyoo kartain hain. Bachon ki to aur baat hain…woh na samajh hain. Lekin baron ko to aqal honi chahiye.

Why are you so shocked? I know people alot older the 31years that are not yet married. I think you need to get out abit more and think twice before you make such comments, that so was not asked for

Zara i know many girls that are either your age or older then you and still are not married, its all about kismat, when it is supposed to happen it will happen and this guy seems nice and you need to ask yourself, can you see your self spending the rest of your life with him, if yes, then go for it.

age is just a number thats all, what matters is what you feel

Zara...31 is nothing, i know several girls who are between 32-35 who ar unmarried, but they are so fussy when it comes to rishtas, it doesn't seem that you are fussy
you mentioned that you did istikhara 4 the previous rishtas, have you done an instikhara with regards to this 22 year old?maybe you should

I know a girl who is 31 and divorced. I would rather be unmarried at 31 then a divorcee at that age.

Anywhich way, Zara .. you said that the 22 yrs old guy is asking for your rishta from last 3 years. He wanted to marry you since he was 19? Hmmm, a little strange but you know what, if he is mature and heading towards decent future, I think you can go for it. Age difference does not matter. One of my friend married a lady who was at least 13 yrs older. They've been happily married from last 14 yrs now and have 2 beautiful daughters.

^ i am 29 and in above scenario and I believe that I would have rathre been unmarried at this age.

You never know Allah is saving you from what !!!! He has the greatest knowledge and hence take best of decisions for us.

One of my mums mates daugther is not married and shes 36years old turning 37 soon. She says she has not found that special someone and will not settle for just anyone, also one of my mates sister got married last year at the age of 37.

I know many girls above 31 that are not married, its become a normal thing now to get married later in life then get married early and find out you have made a big mistake and suffer even more.

Allah has already decided the time of birth, the time of marriage and the time of death for a person even before they are born.
Sit back, keep the faith and enjoy each day as it comes. Why worry about something over which we have no control? :)

ps. age or age gap is not an issue. compatibility is.
