I have like 30 eggs which expire on the 11th November. Are there any recipes that use a lot of eggs, so I can try and finish them? It would break my heart to throw them away. If anyone has any kind of recipee suggestion that would allow the use of many eggs, then that would be awesome! Please post any egg related recipes!

Make flan, it uses a lot of eggs, then make some omelettes for breakfast. Make Aloo Anda salen. Boil eggs & make deviled eggs & take em to someone's house or to work :)

actually eggs get a bad rap.
plus having 30 eggs does not mean she has to eat all 30 eggs herself, she can make stuff and share, like halwa or quiche or pudding.
a couple of eggs a day are not going to kill ya.

Thanks guyz for the suggestion - Egg halva? Sound nice - recipees pleassseeeee... I never heard of egg halva. I need recipees guys!!! :-)
I hope not!! I need to loose at least half my body weight for wedding in January!!
Sounds good - what do you do? Boil them, slice them and then pakora them?
