Alhamdulillah, so far I’ve been sticking w/one coke a week, if at all. I’m pretty confident I will be able to maintain this, or even cut down drinking coke to once in a blue moon.

Next challenge is to cut down on sweets like cookies, cakes, jalebis, and gulab jamuns…This is even harder than the coke challenge. Starting off, I will only have one serving. Gradually I may be able to decrease to only a nibble.
