I avoided sugar for a month and I noticed a huge difference

No to desserts/ chocolate/ sweets/ candies
No to fruits (just Papaya fruit)
No to juices/smoothies

The only thing i ate contained sugar was brown bread that’s it.

As the honorable Mr. Monk eloquently stated - sugar from fruits may be “good sugar”. The young gentleman in Pakistan alluded to the same.
