Thats a false equivalency.
There are major concentrations of Pakistanis in certain parts of England which allows representation from those areas to be Pakistanis.
Pakistanis in USA, a country of 310 million where Pakistanis are only 300,000, are more dispersed.
In Canada, there are Pakistanis who are MP’s representing their districts since Canada’s population is 31 million.
