yep this is what i m looking for. Now we know that malik is allowed to bowl by ICC but only PCB is holding on him so see if he can bring his magic in. If they allow him to bowl, we dont need arshad. we will have afridi, kanaria, malik.
second, we do need 2 pacers to start the game with new ball. rana is way better than sami. bring shoaib actor only for tests, he is not a one day player. (i hate that kid)

Sorry but I couldn’t resist. Shoaib may be a Test match player “bowling wise”, fitness-wise he is not even a Half-Day player what to say of ODI player

compared to Salman Butt, Taufeeq Umar, and Imran Farhat… Afridi seems like a specialist batsman and a natural opener.

bud ghalib, under bob sir pak have finally cracked it that afridi bats well down the order. his natural abilty is ofcourse allah kai fazal sai immense but the results he achieves in the odi's batting at 7/8, can't be expected in test cricket, as test cricket is a different bowk game all together. one needs to be a lot patient and have a smooth temperament, wait for the over pitched balls and put them away etc so even if pak play him in tests, then he shouldn't open given how risky it can be to lose a wicket so early in the innings and with afridi's explosive opening that is always highly likely.

I guess we should drop Arshad and play Khalil if Rana is out. And we really do need Yaasir back in. And maybe bring Shoaib Malik for Taufeeq just incase younis is not going to be made to sit out.
So Yaasir for Salman, Khalil for Rana if he is injured, Shoaib/Afridi for Taufeeq/Younis or both changes if possible.

Umer that green top wont be any different than previous test match coz sub continent wickets / soil is good for the 1st day once the rollers are rolled its pretty much the same dust

ARE YOU SERIOUS??? All we need to do is bring in Khalil for Rana(If he is injured) and Afridi for Salman Butt ( I hate to see Afridi replacing Salmon but Afridi is for sure gonna replace Butt).

Arshad ( Razzaq will play to strengthen batting though…stupid thinking)

If you think you are gonna win the match playing Afridi or Razzaq then you really need to wake up.
