Bad News guys, U.Akmal is injured and is doubtful for semi final
ST LUCIA: Young Pakistan cricketer Umar Akmal has become unfit and his appearance in tomorrow’s semi-final against Australia is looking doubtful.
Geo News reporter Abdul Majid Bhatti, present in St Lucia, said that Umar Akmal after having back pain was taken to a local hospital where he will be going through an MRI test.
The final decision on his inclusion in the team for the semi-final will depend on his MRI report.
Meanwhile, Pakistan under-19 batsman Hammad Azam may be given T20 international cap in the semi-final if Umar Akmal does not get fit.

In the T20...if a team more often has to lose its top-order in the powerplay...why don't open from the bottom and turn the things downside up...and keep the batters and hitters for the mid and late assault... :D

The condition for them will be that they will have to swing hard at every ball, so chances will be that few edges will fly for either boundaries or catches
That will be a bad luck for the opponents… …more often the tailenders score some winning runs…so let them begin in the opening…the bowling side for sure will be confused…and their plans would go in awwww…hmmmmmmmm

So…tomorrow…Pakistan should try keep the momentum going on…and make a cracker of the 2nd semi…not like a chaotic match played by SL in the Ist semi vs Eng…

Umar Akmal being unfit is very bad news for Pakistan. He's one batsman who doesn't get intimated. Semi final is not the right time to introduce Hammad Azam either.

Honestly I dont have much hopes with this Paki squad. I know prayers have done well so far to place them in semis but this doesnt look like the team which make big upsets and thrash the big opponents like Aussies. I think Pak’s fate will be similar to what SL had in their semis.
Though, there will still be no excuse if Pakistan doesnt do good since they have got ample time for preparation , there can be good planning but execution, still no big hopes with them..

Pakistan should have won the group match they played against Australia, but couple of drop catches and irresponsible shots cost us the match. Let's see if they have learned the lesson.
