With some work and a lot of luck Pakistan is in the semi final. Now they take on Australia who have not lost a game yet in this world cup.
This will be their first loss in the tournament. Inshallah.

Fielding is the key. Everything else is secondary.
Pakistan must bat first. Australia has not chased a target yet in this tournament. Will be a perfect time to test their batting.

I think If England win the match then there is a chance of history repeat like 1992 where we met with England …
Now we are depending on saeed Ajmal if he break through at early stage then we had strong chances… from batting side no one looking in form but i believe that If Akmal’s brothers shows some sensibility then we can achieve a big total else

-While batting...I think it will be imperative for Pakistan to play the power-play overs with some care and not throwing wickets away while looking for some extra runs...I think...power-play overs are more deceptive (losing top-order) than useful...so at this stage...a total of 30-40 runs will be ok...keeping all wickets intact for mid and later onslaught...
-Bowling...I think...rotating the bowlers is a good and fruitful idea...so it will be hard for the opposing team's players to settle for a particular bowler...pretty tight and tidy bowling...avoid gamble type instincts...
-We all know...catches...runouts and stopping boundries make you near-victorious...thus a sharp fielding is crucial...
-Team selection...I have no idea...what they are trying Khalid Latif and Misbah for...any suitable replacements...

I have watched almost every aussie match and I have noticed a few things.
While batting, their plan A is to bully every team in first 6 overs. Warner and Watson just bully every bowler they face. Micheal Hussey is their plan B who worked so well against BD when their plan A fails. This is their new-found aggression in T20.
While bowling, they do not seem to have a plan B cuz their first two bowlers are so good! If that plan fails, I wonder how will they cope.. (Sorry, I dont think Mitchell Johnson is AS good In T20s, as he is in other formats)..
Incidentally Pakistani batting is the one that fared better against them as compared to other teams who were just bullied. We were bullied too but we put up a kind of fight and remained in chase until Afridi got out..
