Australia's over rate is DISGUSTINGLY slow. Punter is a repeat offender of this.. he's been doing this for YeARS NOW..and he gets away with it most of the time.. when he doesnt.. he has to pay 10% or 15% fee..wtF? that's nothing.

the penalty should have some consequence on the game. A mere 10-15-20% is NOTHING for these players.
