Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
actually you are wrong he was clearly out on that one...everyone knew he was out except him.
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
i think afridi should have came down on no 4 instead of misbah.

No there was a big edge
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
I just want to see pakistan atleast get to like 250 so that we know they are atleast capable of chasing 250 if not 286 lol.
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
Disaster…70/4 off 18.3 overs… ![]()
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
Come on boom boom bust afridi.. show your face captain it's 4 down....
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
And the afridi ride comes to an end.. it was a typical risky innings.. lots of half chances.. he rode his luck well till 49.... i'd be surprise if Pak reaches 200-225 now..
has tsotsobe got him out in every game now?
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
riding on his luck. Not a very confident inning. Atleast he tried to stay compare to previous innings.
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
I think...its not easy to get Afridi out unless he himself gets out...
Pak 159/5 off 34.0 overs...
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
They have got to make changes to the opening line up...Chasing this kind of target your openers need to give you a good start and that just wasn't there.
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
Well, Pakistan was 3 for 58 when Fawad came in. Then Pakistan was 4 for 70 (18.3 overs) when Afridi joined in. so, if we see from there, I think Pakistan has done quite good to reach 189 for 5 (after 39 overs). I think if at moment they have reasonable chance if they do not lose any wicket.
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
Well, 200 for 5 after 40 over. Need 87 from last 10 overs with 5 wkts in hand. Pakistan has made over 100 runs in last 10 overs many time. So, I believe situation is not that bad.
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
I think SA are still fav. Pk may have had some confidence and also learnt that if they stay at the crease n keep rotating strike atleast a decent score can be reached
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
They have to score 40 of these 4 power play overs
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
211 for 5 after 41 overs. Good going. Seems luck is smiling on Pakistan :)
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
fawad got out. His inning was bit slow but ok considering that he stop the free fall of paki wickets
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
Damn...batting PP taken a bit too soon...
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
217-6
70 needed of 49
Re: 2nd ODI: Pakistan v South Africa at Abu Dhabi - Oct 31, 2010
Well, ball found a fielder, how sad. This luck thing is too bad to rely on. :(
