Well I have never heard of the swat airlift, have you got some source for that. If something like that happened it would have been with the help of our army and in that case we have no right to demand the Americans to take care of them now while they the are in Afghanistan.

you may not be following the news that time, it was all over the news, 2 NATO chopper came in, “arrested” (read protected) some “terrorists” (read their own TTP assets). also have not heard about NATO vacating their border posts letting terrorists flee to afghanistan when Army launched operation in FATA?
