Umm my czn recently got married and it was like 20,000 plus 5000 for shahana or semi,and for walima they charge 17,000 plus 5000 for shahna as in Barat package they include the services like facial etc
Have u booked hall for the wedding n wen is ur wedding ;)

heyy, I am from pesh but dont live there! .. Most of the ISB make up artists are willing to come to peshawar, they just raise their prices when they need to travel. I need to do my research on some good make up artists that are willing to travel!

Also, how do you girls manage school, work and wedding preparations all at once? Because I cant!!! I haven't got a chance to do any wedding preps except looking for dresses online!

Congratulations all brides to be :) i recently got married..i was Feb, 2012 bride! i can imagine how u all must be feeling but my suggestion is to enjoy each n every phase of ur shopping plus spend more more MORE time wid ur family rest all will go well IA.
These details are for ur help/reference:
My Venue: Garrison Golf & Country Club, Lahore - overall it was good but now there is a huge parking issue there since they have opened more than 3 new halls there so its getting conjusted day by day. All rukhsati's take place at 10pm (due to timing constraint here in lahore) so there is a huge mess!
Photographer: Irfan Ahson for photoshoot - he is a sweetheart to work with; very professional n friendly!
Bridal Outfit: Taufiq Hussain - he is a very decent person plus he delivers on time. He & his wife personally caters to all their clients which is a huge advantage to all brides (at least they can directly communicate with the designer). Everybody loved my bridal jora including me!
Bridal Makeup: Madeeha's signature makeup - overall it was a good experience. Madeeha is a very sweet person she was listening to my requirements.
Valima Outfit: Maria.B - her dresses are good but her staff is very unprofessional/rude plus whatever the case is Maria wont ever meet you directly bcz of her super busy schedule so its totally your luck there dat u get a good outfit or an average one!
Valima Makeup: Mariam Khwaja - very calm & peaceful salon. Her makeup looked awesome on the main day but somehow in pictures its not appearing dat good..dont really know why!

I've got around 7 bags and 10 pair of shoes (this include old ones too, basically, the ones i'm taking with me!) I got all of this from here as i don't usually like the stuff in pakistan. As for make up, i'll get that closer to the wedding.

help me with karachi! i will be in karachi for only 2 days .. let me know abt all the great places to go to! dont want to waste my time when im there .. I dont want to go to the high-end places since i've spent most of my budget on my bridal outfit! :)
