Funky nails..im from england - my mum went in november to pakistan to get my Valima outfit/my sisters clothes for ALL days of the wedding/my formal clothes for after the wedding and her clothes..then end of november i ordered my baraat outfit from here and it was collected last week. i think this amount of time was fine maybe a month early but she couldn't go later for personal conditions.
you don't really wanna be leaving such a big thing as your outfit 2 months before the wedding though really? in case anything goes wrong? etc

Well my mum went to get the dress and other outfits for me..i basically chose the colour i wanted and type of kaam..then my mum went back to Pak and she asked a few tailors to make a sample piece of embroidery they could do on the lengha..then she chose the best one and gave the kuprah to the tailor. She went to Lahore to get it done btw! Whereabouts are you going in pakistan?
if you're shopping in karachi have a look at shazasscrapbook - its a blog and she has ALOT of information in shopping in karachi..shes a guppan too! I actually didn't get to see the samples because i didn't go with her to Pakistan but if you went yourself I'm sure you could see the samples. i was very specific about my outfit though and also i trusted her choice 100%

Hot =| ... only the months of Oct/Nov show some nice weather ... also depends where ure headed

Since Im assuming she will be wearing a real set, the smart thing to do would be to spend more on the set than she will on the outfit..I know its vague but a good starting point!
How much tolas is your bridal set? As in for the set that you wl be wearing on your baarat?
