okay awkward question but when people get their waxing done, is it just arms, legs and that stuff or is it the whole body (literally the whole body) like everything?
It's totally upto you. You should do only what you're completely comfortable doing- if that means waxing just your arms and legs, that's fine too. Some women go overboard and get even their chests waxed, so don't worry about the stuff people get done. Also, think about it in terms of what you'll be able to maintain later on... you don't want to get a specific area waxed that you will have problems getting waxed later on (either because of lack of facilities, the pain or inability to wax it yourself). Hope this makes sense.

^ I would get it all!!! well umm just the bajingle area, arms/legs. rest of it..if it is fine...don't worry about it. If you cant' notice it..no one else can. :) Hate body hair. Unfortunately I have the worse genes for it :)
OMG leaving for Pakistan in few more days!!! Major freak out mode
need your duas and lots of love to those who got married in March and the rest of soon to Mrs. :)
OMG!! I am the complete opposite.. I am basically hairless everwhere.. it is soooo annoying.. my eyebrows dont even grow... so i can not get that perfect shape I desire so much. Also, my hair on my head takes foreverrr to grow :(
good luck hun.. i m sure u will b just fine!
I really don't want to think about it, but yeah, that's what multiple parlour ladies have told me... probably nothing major but enough that they feel self-conscious about it. Allah maaf kare.
well technically we have hair all over our body except hands and nails. It's like little tiny hair, the same ones we have on our face etc. so I guess people want to wax it off for the smooth feel.
Hi guys,
so I have another update and this one is a good one... my SIL is going to make my outfits yay! so yesterday she went to the boutiques in pak and she said that a farshi lehenga would look nice and she wants to make it in light pink/purplish/red? does that make sense ? I so wanted purple and red but since someone who is getting married in my husbands family has those colors (actually, I decided on those colors along time ago but because her wedding is first and most of the people who will go to hers will come to mine, I didnt want the exact colors as her) so I decided to change mine. Anyway is that a good color combo? and how does farshi lehenga look like?
For the valima she wants to make pista green/maroonish-she wants to make another lehenga but Ive always dreamed of a farshi gharara so I have to convince her on that. I actually would like to have like dark purple and coral or dark purple and peach with silver kaam. How does that sound? I need opinions and pictures from you guys....Thanks in advance :-)
Wow, mA things are working out for you! Im glad the SIL is stepping it up and taking SOME action. I think farshi lehngas look just like farshi ghararas but they arent 2 legged...
Dark purple with peach sounds pretty!!! Im getting my walima outfit in the same color family - aubergine with light mustard and emerald green.
What about shaving with the razor? is it safe? I dont use razor, but I heard that it leaves dark marks on your skin over time.. is it true?
Ok, not claiming to be the body hair expert here, but just want to give you my opinion because I spent a lot of time freaking out about this myself. I don't know if shaving gives you dark marks over time, but because it just cuts the hair, you do end up getting stubble fairly soon. Also, it looks thicker (because the hair has been cut and so the thicker part of the follicle grows out) and that can make you feel uncomfortable. For some people, it also makes it harder and more painful to wax later on.
I would recommend waxing for your basic hair removal method (arms, underarms, legs). Once you get used to the pain, it doesn't take long to do/get done. And you can do it yourself, only takes practice. As for finer hairs on your body (on your tummy or back for example) that you may be feeling conscious about, you can try bleaching them, or just leaving them alone. Hope this helps.

you know waxing can really hurt on legs sometimes... arms is not soo bad.. Oh well! Thank u
i have had a massive row with my fiance. My SIL has always been a cow to me, but she has stolen my baby name that i said to her i'd keep if i had a boy when it was my turn.
sigh how do people know who to trust and who not to ? i am so different with my bhabi's i adore them to bits i expected my sils to be the same but they are not. Does it make you guys think twice sometimes or is it just me ? because i kept having horrid thoughts of the nasty cow aka older SIL constantly being at my house with her kid trying to pull the attention to herself , though i ask for no attention she reckons its a competition.
Its amazing isn't it how when its your turn to be in the lime light ... others do their best to take the limelight.
rant over.
I hope one day my older SIL gets what she deserves :@
I have been doing wedding stuff today with a majorly heavy heart i spent 2 days crying over crap really it was just a shock factor and the fact that she is constantly trying to get one over on me and looks like the angelic angel.

4 months to go sigh x
You can still name your child that you liked, it's no big deal if they have the same name. I have 4 months to go as well and it's getting stressfull so try not to let that get to you.

i don't think that would happen lol :(
hugs!
when is your wedding date???
in terms of waxing how often do you guys go? is it silly to start waxing arms now??
I decided that I no longer wanted to be in contact with my fiance until the wedding (in July) because
a) he is gone over seas until July and won't be home till a week before the wedding so when we talk it's either his night or my night so one of us is sleepy and tired = cranky
b) Bridezilla has kicked in, everytime something happens I get super emotional or angry about it and I feel better after for getting worked up at him. When he makes some sort of suggestion that I don't want, I get worked up.
c) I thought it might be special after the wedding since we've been apart for a year and haven't spoken for so long.
I wanted to start having waxing sessions but right now I'm super busy with school and I won;t be done till April so hopefully after that. I had all these plans to do nice things such as using natural masks and hair treatments on myself, and drink all sort of cool things but none of that is happening because I HAVE NO TIME :(

Good idea or bad idea?
eeek if you have sorted out all your wedding stuff then i guess it will be ok? but i personally couldnt do this i need reassurance and my fiance gives it to me on everything minus the dreaded SIL!
ive been meaning to do all the natural masks etc myself :( not happening yet :( !
