if you'd like to volunteer for any food items that you are interested in bringing. you can post here, or pm me and i will jot it down on the list. if no one has volunteered by June 9, 2007, then the easiest way to do this, is that you will just be assigned to bring something.
based on experience from last year, do we have any suggestions on how to bring over the bbq items? portable grill, coal etc?

Ferry costs are approximately $8/adult.
Vehicle parking in and around Queen’s Quay area can be anywhere from $10 to $20 for the day.

Like I said earlier…don’t get your knickers in a twist.
I always try to assign tasks and responsibilities in a fair way…and I manage objections privately on pm’s when needed…so there is an appeal process.
I don’t think it’s fair for the few to bear the brunt of the burden…so those of you that have significant others/co-operative families to rely upon will receive the more difficult tasks and those that are single, will likely end up with things that are easily purchased ready-made (e.g. drinks, ice, dessert, etc.).
There are many that are bachelors but are always generous, reliable and willing…you know who you are…thank you in advance for stepping up and being there for the rest of us.
Let’s get all the confirmations in first and then I we will finalize the contributions.

main bhi entry dayta houn 23 june may… to main aisa karta houn sab keh liye pattoun ka bandobast karta houn.. mere liye to aap log bandobast kar hee rahay hain with tikka boti, chicken waghera..!!
thats why DM and I asked what should we bring, tell us what to bring.
