They probably did, the reports are not made public but are used by ICC to evaluate the umpires.

Something like ***“Half the battle is trying. So as long as we try we try we’ll score 253 automatically, the rest 253 we can get as long as one of us stays on the wicket. Boy, it’s going to be a close match”.
