I agree that politicization was a civilian move but now it is an army monster, you need to see who ISI chief reports to, who are the personnel working in ISI etc. Also interesting to see is when ISI was about to be moved under “civilian” government, not too long ago

The PM can at least issue an order for a start. If the ISI doesnt act upon it, then they are in the spotlight for everyone to see. Right now they are working under the radar.
But regardless, the PM wont issue an order. According to the attorney general, they were not able to ‘find’ the prime ministerial decree from ZAB that ordered the creation of the political cell:) They cannot afford it this close to the elections…baqi, according to Pasha bhai, everything PPP does is for national interest anyway:)
