You should learn the difference between a criminal case, a constitutional petition and a human rights petition over which Supreme Court has jurisdictions and then come back.
Meanwhile find a PPP leader which has been convicted in a criminal offence by Supreme Court (unless coming from lower criminal courts in an appeal). Supreme Court can convict people if its orders are not carried out (like Gilani didn’t do it for more than 2 years) and it wasn’t a criminal conviction what you are suggesting for the people involved in this case.
