Agreed. This thread is about partial and incomplete judgement of Ch Iftekhar. Again shame on him and the people who are trumpeting songs in his praise. He should have announced long term imprisonment, penalty of getting back all government money back with at least payment of Rs 1 billion as punishment and getting all money back from the anti-PPP politicians with life ban on their participating in the elections.

This was not a criminal case. Supreme court does not have jurisdiction over what you are suggesting. It is the duty of the government now to initiate criminal proceedings against the people you mentioned in criminal courts.

If corruption were a criteria to be banned, no PPP candidate would ever contest elections. General sey NRO ki bheek mangtay hain, phir establishment ko rotay hain… aala!
